A very easy to make banana coffee cake recipe and also it is a great way to use up ripe bananas. 

The cake is moist, and the bananas melt down to a creamy layer that dissolves into the cake giving it a fluffy texture and has a subtle coffee flavor that pairs well with the sweet bananas. It’s also vegan and gluten free!

Step 1

Take a banana add instant coffee powder and mesh it with the help of a masher.

Step 2

Add sugar according to the sweetness of the banana, oil, and milk.

Step 3

Add all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda, and sift it through a sieve.

Step 4

Mix gently to combine.

Step 5

Transfer to a lined 6-inch pan.

Step 6

Bake in a preheated oven at @180C for 40 to 45 minutes.

Step 7

Cut into pieces and enjoy:)
