The secret to the best classic, chewy chocolate chip cookies is to let the dough chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or rest it overnight. 

Using a cookie scoop or an ice cream scoop will help to get even-sized cookies every time. 

This Recipe will result in a cookie that crispy on the outside, and soft and gooey on the inside.

Preheat the oven @200.

Step 2

Take a bowl and add melted butter, eggs, vanilla essence, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, white sugar.

Step 3

Now add all-purpose flour and mix them well.

Step 4

Add chocolate chip and mix well.

Step 5

Cover and refrigerate it for 15 minutes.

Step 6

Scope the dough on a baking tray, leaving enough space in between.

Step 7

Bake in a preheated oven @200C for 15 minutes.
