Step 1

Wash and pat dry all the vegetables. Dice them into small (almost ) equal size pieces.

Step 2

Add them to a bowl and mix well.

Step 3

Add all the dressing ingredients and mix well.

Step 4

Serve immediately or chill for an hour before serving.

Tips :

  • Corn : If you are using frozen corn, defrost the kernels by keeping them at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. Take a deep pot and add water to it. Heat the pot over a high flame and bring the water to boil. Add salt and corns to it.Cook the corn kernels on medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until done. Once done, strain the excess water.
  • Always use fresh vegetables for salad. It will provide vibrancy, crunch and freshness to the salad, not to mention the taste.
  • Please note that the  measurements of the vegetables need not be accurate. if you have more of some fresh vegetables or if you like to add more of a particular vegetable you can do so. It absolutely ok to play around as per your likings.
