Tiramisu is a coffee-flavored Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa.

Directions
Bring some water to boil over low heat and place a bowl over the pot ad add the egg yolk and the 1/2 cup sugar.
Mix well until a thick custard forms, and remove from heat and let it cool down.
When cooled add the cream cheese and whisk until combined.
In a new bowl add the whipped cream and whisk until bubbly.
Add the 1/4 cup sugar and whip until the cream thickens.
Pour in the egg custard and fold to combine.
In a smaller bowl mix the hot water and the coffee powder and dip the ladyfinger biscuits (Do not over soak) and lay them in the tray.
Transfer the cream cheese mixture over the biscuits.
Refrigerate it overnight or for a minimum 4 hours.
Dust with cocoa powder and enjoy :)
