This super moist and easy chocolate cake is delicious and easy to make. You cannot go wrong with this moist chocolate cake recipe if you follow the steps as is.
No special ingredients are required and you will get super moist and delicious chocolate cake.
The chocolate frosting and ganache add to the decadence of this amazing super easy and moist chocolate cake, do try it and let me know how it turned out.
while you make this chocolate cake make sure that you don’t over mix the batter. Over mixing will result in a rubbery texture of the cake.
Add the vinegar towards the end mixing. As the vinegar will react with baking soda and release a ton of air bubble which you don’t want to loose as time passes.
Also remember to tap the pan on the counter 2 – 3 times to release any large air bubble trapped inside the batter.

To make moist cake sift all the dry ingredients together.
Add Sugar into it
Add eggs and milk into a jar and mix well
Add Vanilla essence and mix well again
Now add it to the dry ingredients.
Add half cup hot water with instant coffee powder, and gently mix to incorporate, don't over mix.
Add Vinegar only towards the end.
Divide batter between 2-8 inch pan.
Bake in a preheated oven @180C for 30-35 Minutes.
Let it cool Down and add Chocolate whipped cream frosting.
Spread chocolate ganache over it and enjoy.
