Easy Strawberry No Bake Cake | Strawberry Jelly Cheesecake

This no bake Strawberry Jelly Cheesecake recipe makes a great dessert for your next event! It is variation of my kiwi cheese cake recipe with delicious addition of strawberry pieces mixed through the top Jelly layer. This easy dessert can be made ahead of time, making it a perfect dish when planning a celebration

This no bake Strawberry Jelly Cheesecake recipe makes a great dessert for your next event! It is variation of my kiwi cheese cake recipe with delicious addition of strawberry pieces mixed through the top Jelly layer. This easy dessert can be made ahead of time, making it a perfect dish when planning a celebration.

Crush the biscuits into a coarse powder until resemble breadcrumbs.

Add the melted butter to the biscuit crumbs and mix to combine. Transfer the mixture to 6 inch springform tin and press down with the back of a spoon to flatten the surface. Place into the fridge.

Place the softened cream cheese into the bowl and smooth and creamy with a spatula.

In a large bowl add some fresh cream and beat until stiff. Fold the cream cheese into it .( if it is not stiff add some gelatin to it.)

Transfer the cheesecake mixture to your prepared base and gently smooth the surface . Place into the fridge for 20 minutes to chill.

Add sugar, strawberries and water to a bowl and boil it for 10 minutes. Let it cool down and then grind it to a smooth paste.

Prepare strawberry jelly by adding water to it . Add 1/4 cup of it to the strawberry puree and mix well . Add it to the top of the cheesecake and freeze it for 10 minutes.

Take it out and add strawberries and then pour the remaining jelly on to of it and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight before serving.
