This Ferrero rocher chocolate cake is so fluffy and moist made with three chocolate Nutella cake layers, topped and frosted with Nutella whipped cream, and topped with chocolate ganache, and Ferrero rocher candy.

Ferraro Rocher Chocolate Cake or Eggless Nutella Birthday Cake ; as the name suggest this recipe uses Nutella and is an eggless chocolate Nutella cake base.
you can replace Nutella with same amount of hazelnut butter or any other hazelnut chocolate spread.
Directions
Preheat the oven to @180C.
Take Yoghurt, and Nutella in a bowl and mix them.
Add sugar, oil, and milk and mix well until well combined.
Add all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Sift in the dry ingredients with the wet ingredient, add in 2 or 3 additions, and mix gently.
Scrape down the sides and bottom.
Add vinegar and mix to just combine.
Take three 7-inch lined baking tins, and divide the batter evenly between them.
Bake in a preheated oven @180C for 30 to 35 minutes.
For Chocolate Ganache, add whipping cream, and dark chocolate grated, and heat the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute.
Mix well and freeze for 1 hour.
Take out the ganache from the freezer, and whip it until fluffy and stiff.
For the whipped cream frosting- Take whipping cream and Nutella and whip until stiff.
Apply sugar syrup to the baked surface and decorate according to your creative idea.
