This is a Soft and Fluffy bread made by adding condensed milk which gives the bread a nice, lightly sweet flavor.

Directions
Add milk, sugar, egg and east to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Add bread flour and combine well with a wooden spoon or laddle until everything comes together
Add the butter and knead the bread over a dusted countertop or in a stand mixture for 10 minutes or until the dough is soft and elastic.
Cover it with a wet towel and let it proof for an hour or until it doubles in size
Punch down the dough and divide the dough into two and roll it to a rectangular shape. as shown in the video and roll it to a log.
Cut the log using a thread at 1 cm intervals . Stack it into a greased loaf pan. (22 x 13 cm)
Let it proof for another 40 minutes to1 hour or until it doubles in size or fills the pan.
Apply milk wash or egg wash on top of the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven @180C for 25 to 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and when tapped will give a hollow sound .
Butter the surface immediately after taking out of the oven. Let it cool down before cutting..
Tips:
To get nice and soft bread let it proof the second time in a pan leaving enough space around to expand.
Take two 22/13 cm pans.
Kneading until the dough is soft and elastic is important for developing a nice texture. A well knead dough should be able to be stretched, until light passes through it , without breaking.
Using bread flour is important to get a nice and chewy bread.
Alternative Ingredient:
Egg can be replaced with 1/4 cup yogurt
All Purpose Flour can be used instead of Bread flour.
