Easy and Healthy NUT BAR recipe without added sugar . This is an easy take away lunch to office and a tasty and healthy snack as well. The sweetness come from natural ingredients, honey and dates and not from any added sugar which makes this a more healthier version than the energy bars out there in the market.

Step 1

Roast the nuts until they emits aroma

Step 2

Grind date and honey to a sticky paste

Step 3

Mix them well and transfer to a rectangular container lined with parchment paper

Step 4

Compact them well with the help of a metal spoon

Step 5

Refrigerate until set and cut to desired size


Alternative Ingredients:

Dates : Any sticky dried fruits of your choice like prunes, fig etc

Honey : Maple Syrup or peanut butter
