If fudgy isn't your favorite word then this one bowl caky brownie is for you. This caky brownie is dense, very moist and when served with a chocolate ganache drizzle over it, makes it the ultimate dessert. You may also add baking powder to it, but i prefer not to.

Step 1

Preheat the oven @ 180C

Step 2

melt the butter in an oven and add the chocolate chips to it and stir until completely dissolved.

Step 3

Add the vanilla , cocoa powder and instant coffee and mix well.

Step 4

Add the sugar and mix well.

Step 5

Add the Eggs one by one while stirring the batter.

Step 6

Add the flour and fold gently to combine well. Transfer to a lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes..

Step 7

Sprinkle some salt over it and drizzle some chocolate ganache if you prefer to.
