Sauté the grated carrots till soft. Keep stirring. Now add condensed milk and cook until it thickens to a semi solid consistency. The carrots are cooked down to be incredibly tender, but they still maintain some texture Transfer to a bowl and serve hot or chilled Garnish with some chopped nuts for some crunch.
