There’s nothing tempting like a fresh Cherry Pie bubbling through a rich, flaky crust. This is a quick and easy cherry pie recipe using a ready-made pie dough.

Directions
Preheat and oven @ 180C.
To a small bowl add the Cherries, Powdered Sugar, Cornstarch and mix until the cherries are coated well.
Divide the dough into two separate parts and Spread one part of the dough (roll it two inches larger than the pie tin)
Transfer to the pie tin with the help of the rolling pin and press down the sides, Add the prepared cherry filling, cut the butter to cubes evenly distribute over the cherries
Roll out the other half of the dough to the size of the pan and cut into thin strips.
Arrange them on top of the filling like a LATTICEWORK pattern and pinch the sides to join the edges.
Bake in the oven for 40 Minutes and enjoy :)
