Vanilla sponge cake filled to the brim with rainbow sprinkles and finished off with your favorite frosting will give you a beautiful rainbow sprinkles cake without which no celebration is complete.

Directions
Pre-heat the oven at @140C
Add egg whites and lime juice or vinegar and whisk (using a stand mixer or hand mixer) it well.
Add sugar little by little, Vanilla essence, and egg yolk, and beat on low speed.
Add oil, and milk and mix it using a stand mixer at low speed.
Gently fold in without deflating the egg.
Add all-purpose flour, salt, and fol gently to incorporate.
Add rainbow sprinkles and fold gently to incorporate with batter.
Transfer to a 7-inch lined pan with parchment paper and grease with butter.
Level the surface and tap to release any air bubbles.
Bake in preheated oven at @140C for 30 minutes and then 15 minutes for @120C.
Keep a pan with hot water beside the cake tin to keep the cake moist.
Let it cool down and enjoy.
