This is my version of a simple cheese pizza or Margarita Pizza recipe which is tastier than any store bought Pizza .This is a Pizza Hut Style margarita pizza and is my kids all time favorite pizza. Try this recipe and let me know how it turned out. I have used whole wheat flour 1 cup and all purpose flour 1 cup. (you can also use 2 cups flour instead )

Directions
Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius (490 degrees Fahrenheit) with a rack in the upper third of the oven. If you’re using a baking stone or baking steel, place it on the upper rack. Prepare dough through step 5.
Add yeast and sugar to warm milk and let it rise for 10 minutes
Add the flour salt and oil to the milk and knead the dough in the bowl, over a counter top or in a stand mixer. Add enough water little by little while kneading to get a smooth dough as shown in the video.
Let the dough proof and double in size. It might take ½ to 1 hour depending on the temperature of the place you live
Once risen punch down the dough, divide it to 2 and roll it into a round shape . Thickness around 1/4"
Poke holes on the base with a fork
Spread pizza dough and mozzarella cheese
Bake pizzas individually on the top rack until the crust is golden and the cheese is just turning golden, about 12 to 15 minutes (or significantly less, if you’re using a baking stone/steel—keep an eye on it).
Tips
Milk: Use warm milk to cut down on rise time, Anything over 130ºF kills the yeast.
Flour: Use unbleached all-purpose white flour or whole wheat flour in this recipe. .
Oil: A Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil adds wonderful flavor to the dough.
Knead by hand or in a stand mixer for about 10 minutes
Place dough into a greased mixing bowl, cover tightly, and set aside to rise for about 60 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
Punch down risen dough to release air bubbles.
Poke holes on the base so as to prevent bubbling
Alternative Ingredients
You can use either 2 Cups All Purpose Flour or 2 Cups Wholewheat flour
You can substitute bread flour for a chewier pizza crust, but add a couple extra Tablespoons of water since bread flour contains more protein than all-purpose flour.
You can substitute vegetable oil for olive oil
Can Substitute Warm Water for Warm Milk
