This is an easy to make, no bake Italian-inspired creamy tiramisu cheesecake - you can make this delicious no bake tiramisu cheesecake recipe in less than 10 minutes.

Directions
Crush the Digestive biscuits to a coarse powder.
Add Melted butter to the powder and mix well
Add the Mixture into a 7 inch cake tin, spread evenly and compact well
keep it refrigerated until the cheese mousse is prepared.
Add fresh cream and Sugar to a large bowl and beat until frothy.
Add the Vanilla Essence and continue beating until stiff.
Take a new bowl and add mascarpone cheese and beat until light and fluffy
Fold the cream and cheese together
take a small bowl and add a cup of water then add the Instant coffee powder and mix well.
Transfer half of the mousse to the biscuit base and spread evenly
Soak the lady finger biscuits in the coffee and layer them on the mousse
Add the rest of the mousse on top of the soaked biscuits and spread it evenly.
Refrigerate for minimum 2 hours before serving .
after 2 hours, take it out and dust with cocoa powder
Alternative Ingredients:
- use any biscuits of your choice .
- You can use Cream cheese instead of mascarpone cheese
