Yep, we drink meal replacement smoothies all the time. Sometimes it’s because we’re in a hurry and just want to down something asap. Other times it’s because we’re trying to slim down. Swapping a meal with a smoothie can benefit you in many ways
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup berries
1/2 banana
5 pitted dates
2 tbsp rolled oats
Blend until smooth in a high speed blender.
