Marinate the chicken by adding the ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 2

In a grill apply apply some butter or oil and the chicken and cook for 7 to 10 minutes.,

Alternative Ingredients:

  • Chilli Powder     >>      Cayenne pepper or Pepper Powder
  • Garam masala   >>     Powdered mixed spices like cloves, cinnamon, pepper, cardamom , nutmeg etc
  • Butter                >>      Oil

Tips:

  • You can grill over the chicken a pan for 8 – 10 minutes turning once in between
  • Or in an oven at 200C for 25 – 30 minutes.
