Easy Chocolate Sheet Cake for beginners : This simple and easy chocolate sheet cake / Texas sheet cake is a rich and decadent chocolate cake bake it in a sheet pan and then cover it in warm and gooey chocolate ganache. So, this chocolate sheet cake also known as Texas sheet cake takes only 30 minutes to make so it’s perfect for large gatherings and parties. This is one of my kids favorite chocolate cakes ever and it’s so easy to make, If you’re looking for an easy, fast and delicious cake, this Texas Sheet Cake is the answer.
With easy to follow steps and a delicious chocolate flavor, you just can’t go wrong with it!.
Any beginners can make a perfect cake out of this recipe
Directions
Preheat the oven @ 180C.
Take all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Add lemon juice to the milk and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup of this curdled milk to the dry ingredients and save the rest for future.
Add oil and eggs, vanilla extract to the batter.
Add water and mix it gently till everything is just combined, and make sure not to over mix.
Transfer to a buttered sheet pan.
Bake it in a Preheated oven @180C for 25 - 30 minutes.
Let it cool down while we prepare the chocolate ganache. Add melted hot butter and cocoa powder to a bowl and mix well . Add the saved curdled milk, powdered sugar and chocolate chips one at a time to it and mix well until the chocolate chips are completely melted.
Pour the chocolate ganache over the cooled cake.
Let it set and then enjoy the delicious cake as is or chilled.
