In this mango mousse I am using only cream and mango. I used alphonso mango which is sweet, creamy and delicious.
\Ingredients
Thick Cream or Whipping Cream 1 Cup (250ml)
Puree of 1 Cup sweet ripe mango

Add mango puree and mix well. Make sure the mango you use is ripe, sweet and fresh. If the mango is not sweet enough you might need to add some sweetener.
Refrigerate before serving for best result
