This Healthy Yogurt Cake is one of the simplest cake you can bake , in no time. It is simple, quick and has no special ( hard to find ) ingredients. It is loaded with yogurt which is highly nutritious, low sugar and low in calories.

Directions
Preheat oven at 350 F(180° C)
In a mixing bowl add sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat until it turns light and airy . You can use a hand whisk or an electric mixer.
Now add oil and yogurt, beat until well combined and smooth.
Sift in the dry ingredients and fold in using a spatula or beat gently using a whisk until everything is incorporated. Make sure not to over beat the batter.
Transfer the batter to a lined baking pan and tap to level the surface and to get rid of any large air bubbles.
Bake in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clear .
Take it out from the oven, let it cool down and then enjoy!
Alternative Ingredients :
- Yogurt : Plain yogurt, flavored yogurt or greek yogurt or curd
 - All Purpose Flour : You can use whole wheat flour or a combination of flours like oats flour, almond flour, coconut flour etc
 - Oil : Vegetable Oil, Canola Oil, Olive oil or even melted butter.
 
Tips:
- Use room temperature ingredients
 - Do not over mix the batter after adding flour as it will result in producing gluten, which make the cake dense and rubbery.
