Step 1
Take ripe jack fruit in a jar.

Add sugar, cinnamon, and cloves and grind them into a smooth paste.

Add eggs, and vanilla, and beat until it turns light and fluffy.

Add oil, and yogurt and mix well.
Step 5
Add all-purpose flour and salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
Step 6
Sift the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix gently.
Step 7
Add the jack fruit paste and mix gently.
Step 8
Add vinegar and transfer to a lined baking tray.
Step 9
Transfer to a pre-heated pot.
Step 10
Cover and let it bake over medium heat for 45 minutes.
Step 11
Now get soft and moist cake is ready.
