Quick Baked Doughnuts Without Yeast : This is an easy Doughnuts' recipe in just 10 minutes

With this baked Chocolate Doughnut recipe, you can have fresh homemade doughnuts with all the goodness of a classic chocolate doughnut. 

This can be made in the oven in just 10 minutes. The batter can be made in just 5 minutes.



Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180C.

Step 2

Mix dry ingredients in bowl.

Step 3

Beat in the eggs, milk mixture, vanilla and butter.

Step 4

Mix gently until well combined. Make sure you don't over mix the batter.

Step 5

Take a greased doughnut pan and fill each doughnut cup about ¾ full.

Step 6

Bake donuts in a 180 C oven for about 10 - 12 minutes.

Step 7

Remove from the oven and allow cooling completely, and then remove it from the pan.

Step 8

While cooling, make chocolate ganache

Step 9

Dip each donut into the ganache and then sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles, allow to cool (about 15 minutes). Enjoy!
