What is pavlova? Pavlova is a meringue based dessert popular in New Zealand and Australia. A pavlova is made from egg whites that are slowly baked in a relatively cool oven.

Directions
Preheat the oven @ 150C
In a large bowl add Egg whites and Vinegar and beat on low speed.
When it turns frothy add sugar in 3 additions, beat it continuously until stiff peaks are formed
Add corn flour and fold until well combined
Scoop it into a lined baking tray and make a circular shape with a depression in the middle
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes
Meanwhile Whip the cream and sugar Until stiff peaks are formed
cut the strawberries in half and keep them aside
Once the meringue is baked and then cooled to room temperature top with cream and the strawberries
Alternative ingredients:
Instead of using vinegar you can use lemon juice or cream of Tartar
